walking tour will be your next adventure, all you have to do is fill out our booking form, make the payment and get ready for an experience of a lifetime. It is essential that you fill in all the relevant sections, so we have all the necessary information at the time of booking. Once we have received the booking form and deposit payment, we will confirm your booking and send you further information about the trek. BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
We require a deposit of £200 per person at the time of booking and details of how to pay are outlined below. Once we have received the deposit, we will confirm your place and send you confirmation. Balance of payment is due 12 weeks before the trek start date, and we reserve the right to cancel your trek and retain your deposit if you do not pay before the deadline. For deposit and balance transactions we accept the following forms of payment.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, you must pay any fees associated with the transaction in addition to the amount due in sterling. Please ask for our account details.
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
You can pay by credit or debit card (additional charges apply). If you wish to pay by credit/debit card please state this on the booking form and you can pay securely online by completing the form below. A 3% charge will be added to the total due on your booking confirmation, please ask for further information.
Should you wish to pay by personal Sterling cheque made payable to Mont Blanc Treks Ltd, please complete the booking form, print it and send it to Mont Blanc Treks Ltd, 25 Fearon Road, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 2DL, United Kingdom. We will need to wait for clearance of the cheque before your booking is confirmed.
ABTOT PROTECTED, MEMBERSHIP NUMBER 5311
The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 for Mont Blanc Treks Ltd, and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for the following:
1. Non-flight packages commencing in and returning to the UK
2. Non-flight packages commencing and returning to a country other than the UK
3. Flight inclusive packages that commence outside of the UK, which are sold to customers outside of the UK
All three conditions provide for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled. If the first and third conditions hold true, you are eligible for repatriation. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Mont Blanc Treks Ltd.
