The Haute Route was originally completed as a summer mountaineering route by the Alpine Club of Great Britain. The Walker’s Haute Route has been adapted following a lower level route, making it more accessible for summer trekking. Approximately 180km in length, the route crosses 11 high mountain passes with 12,000m of ascent through France and Switzerland.
At Mont Blanc Treks, we have guided and self-guided treks throughout the summer of 2017. Take a look at the various trips we have to offer to pick one for your perfect holiday. You can also contact our team in Chamonix to plan a personalised trek for you and your friends.
