Now that you have decided which Mont Blanc Treks walking tour will be your next adventure, all you have to do is fill out our booking form, make the payment and get ready for an experience of a lifetime. It is essential that you fill in all the relevant sections, so we have all the necessary information at the time of booking. Once we have received the booking form and a deposit payment, we will confirm your booking and send you further information about the trek. BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
We require a deposit of £400 per person at the time of booking and details of how to pay are outlined below, please note your deposit payment is non refundable. Once we have received the deposit we will confirm your place and send you confirmation. Balance of payment is due 12 weeks before the trek start date, and we reserve the right to cancel your trek and retain your deposit if you do not pay before the deadline. For deposit and balance transactions we accept the following forms of payment.
BANK TRANSFER
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, you must pay any fees associated with the transaction in addition to the amount due in sterling. Please ask for our account details.
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
You can pay by credit or debit card at no extra cost, please state this on the booking form. Once we receive your form we will send though confirmation with a link to our secure online payment page.
ABTOT PROTECTED, MEMBERSHIP NUMBER 5311
The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Mont Blanc Treks Limited and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for the following:
- non-flight packages and
- flight inclusive packages that commence outside of the EU, which are sold to customers outside of the EU.
ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if you are abroad. Please note that bookings made outside the EU are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Mont Blanc Treks Limited.
