Although the Tour du Mont Blanc is certainly not snow free there has been large numbers of folk on the route & amazing temperatures so this has made the route much more straightforward.
We have had many groups complete the route to date & everyone has managed to cope with the additional challenge.
The Fenetre d’Arpette continues to be problematic & although the snow is receding the advise from the regional park is to go via the Bovine route as essential trail maintenance is required on the steep section on either side of the col & way-marking on the boulder section.
